Pros

Benefits are decent, but not great.

Cons

I am a teller here and there are constantly issues with the computer systems going down. We run with such a tight staff that it's a huge inconvenience when someone is out sick. Managers don't have to clock in & out, so mine takes advantage & kind of comes & goes as she pleases. Benefits are decent, but they make you jump through hoops with pointless activities if you want to qualify for the lowest premium. Pay is lower than most other teller positions.

Just okay

Pros

Vacation time and the ability to make lateral career moves or get promoted within the company. Mostly kind people to work with.

Cons

Managements lack of leadership. Incentives became less obtainable. Annual pay increase according to job performance was minimal and a complete lack of pay increase with promotions. They instead considered the additional duties and responsibilities taken on with the new role as a "resume builder".
