Pros

-A somewhat caring customer base -Decent vacation time -Decent bank when the system is actually up -Some kinda decent benefits

Cons

-Terrible IT management -Focus on metrics more than personal relationships. -Unprofessional coworkers -HR policy Conveniently changes on an individual basis -A high school/middle school rumor mill of people backstabbing each other on a consistent basis. -They'll throw you under the bus in a minute (especially management) -Focused too heavily on metrics using the scaling of other companies (worry more about getting customers off the phone and onto the next call) -Promotes based who you know rather than what you know (Promotes individuals under premises that they will 'Earn what they make' instead of terminating the individual for their incompetence) -Incompetent and inefficient management - They overlook issues certain employees cause instead of reprimanding the individual they are given a slap on the wrist. - Expanding way to fast. - Turnover in IT is horrible

-Family friendly -Cooperative teamwork at times -A somewhat caring customer base -Can create leadership -Decent vacation time -Some kinda decent benefits

Cons

-Uninviting networking -Losing community feel with customers as they grow and focus on metrics more than personal customer relationships. -Lots of disgruntled customers (especially on days the website goes down) -Unprofessional coworkers -HR policy which seems to conveniently change on an individual basis (Almost took legal action on it) -A high school/middle school rumor mill of people backstabbing each other on a consistent basis. They'll throw you under the bus in a minute. -Terrible customer service practices -Focused too heavily on metrics using the scaling of other companies (Aka customer service versus getting customers off the phone) -Promotes who you know rather than what you know and as a result; -Incompetent and inefficient management

Cons

Toxic environment and culture from the top down. Merger w/ TCB fell through they claim due to COVID. expect more mass layoffs and restructuring. Good old boy culture. do not recommend.
