Pros

Health benefits are good and PTO is generous

Cons

Rules change daily, training was guess work at best, and exceptions to policy happen for any irate customer who complains in the slightest. Certain brown-nosers are valued above all else

Pros

Beautiful office to work in, fast paced, lots of growth and change

Cons

Executive management operates under their own rules. Not welcoming of new ideas from new talent that they hire. Bank has grown too large too fast. Many long term employees need to find new opportunities at a smaller bank.

Pros

I had a great manager who really took care of the team, and sincerely cares about everyone beyond work.

Cons

The company is struggling with silos, and the leadership’s rapid growth through acquisition mindset means you’re always wondering if you’re about to be “restructured”. Some bad managers rise to top positions despite consensus from one level down that he is not a good fit.
