Pros

I love working with SERCAP! After 30 plus years working as a public works director I can apply what I have learned over the years to helping people who need it and really appreciate my help.

Cons

There is not enough time to help everyone who could use assistance

Pros

I thoroughly enjoy working for SERCAP. We get to make a different in peoples lives by helping low-income individuals by promoting affordable water and wastewater facilities, community development, environmental health, and economic self-sufficiency. Being able to help those less fortunate & knowing you're making a difference in their lives is so rewarding. SERCAP works as a team has numerous different programs they offer. We try to offer as many to our clients to assist them in the best way possible. Great benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Personal Leave, and 401K.

Cons

Lots of work and not enough time to get it all done.
