Co workers are incredible. Everyone looks epitome for each other if you aren’t in a management position.

Cons

Hours/schedule don’t allow you to have a life outside of the work place. Mandatory overtime that doesn’t help reach goals that still aren’t met. Communication throughout the workplace needs a lot of work.
