Co workers are a plus.

Cons

Management is terrible. Financial aid director barely knows what she is doing. Director of admissions creates a toxic working environment which the president allows. Frequently asked to do things outside of job description. High turnover in the finance department. Very stressful due to low staffing and poor management. No recognition.
