Region 1

Pros

Solid corporate level, love the Cassel Family!

Cons

Fear and intimidation in a Region 1 is eroding the culture that Southeastern was built on. Only 2 Service Managers left from previous RVP. Pressure, intimidation and arm twisting has resulted in same type of managers being placed in SCM positions. No respect shown for senior drivers or leadership positions. Cost and efficiencies are taking precedents over customer satisfaction! Apparently, THE order isn't everything! I hope the right people see this message!
