      Pros

      They are good to their employees.

      Cons

      Seniority decides what shift you work and since they do not have a lot of turnover you could be on 2nd or 3rd shift for awhile.

      Great benefits, pay & equipment. Safety is always number one priority. No shortcuts.

      Seniority of drivers. Still no assigned setup for trailers in New Terminal yet.

      as a line haul driver I love the atmosphere. they didn't force us to run in the snow and ice. we ran as far as we could and then we got a hotel and they thanked this for it

      I am close to the bottom in seniority and I'm driving a new truck! sarcastically speaking! I have a nice truck!
