Pros

Solid benefits, competitive comp, great learning environment, healthy corporate culture, growth opportunity, great teamwork, diverse, leading edge technology, and a continuous improvement/ Op Ex environment.

Cons

It's not necessarily a "con", but we're a highly regulated industry, as such processes can be impacted.

Pros

Always need Energy and Electricity so not a lot of turn over for certain essential and vital positions

Cons

not much diversity in hiring very tough to get hired or promoted if dark minority can be very clickish and some supervisors arent educated and are prejudice, Very trivial and petty concerning lateness and tardiness 2 sec late and they write you up

Pros

Company Culture is great and friendly.

Cons

People move incredibly slow depending on the group you are in. Pay is behind market, as much as they say it meets market expectations, it doesn't Senior manager and above become incredibly competitive. Young talent will drown when SMEs and Managers are competing for the same position
