Pros

Company Culture is great and friendly.

Cons

People move incredibly slow depending on the group you are in. Pay is behind market, as much as they say it meets market expectations, it doesn't Senior manager and above become incredibly competitive. Young talent will drown when SMEs and Managers are competing for the same position

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, paid vacation, holidays off and if requested to work you get double time or double time and a half.

Cons

Favoritism with management and not enough pay for all the calls and work you do and the toll it takes talking to customers constantly all day.
