Pros

The 401k plan is decent, and employees receive a discount on electricity. The company has a diverse workforce, with many managers who don’t have a bachelor's degree, and a significant number of women in mid-management positions.

Cons

There's an excessive number of mid-level managers. To be truly competitive, they need to flatten the structure, similar to Amazon. Leadership at the C-level and VP level is incompetent. Steve Powell (a 'Tom Wambsgans' from Succession) even told employees outright that their jobs aren’t stable, and that layoffs will continue to 'improve efficiency' in coming years, But layoffs in the name of efficiency are just a dog and pony show to boost stock prices. They let go of individual contributors while keeping layers of mid-level paper pushers. This cycle of layoffs happens every few years, only to be followed by rehiring soon after. In short: layoffs every few years, no job stability, promotions based on likability, and insecure managers trying way too hard to seem 'cool' and 'fun.' Instead of being authentic, they mask their nerdy selves to fit in with upper leadership—who are just like them: nerds trying to seem 'cool',
