Pros

There were opportunities for advance and pay was very competitive.

Cons

Work was not distributed equally. Some departments were overstaffed while others were understaffed.

Pros

I have had a great experience at Edison so far, the department I work for looks to their people for ideas on how to improve processes and procedures and does a good job with helping achieve a beneficial work/life balance.

Cons

Politics sometimes get in the way of decision making in hiring of managers, which can be quite frustrating.
