Pros

i had a supervisor get hired for six months and spent two years on leave. rumors were plentiful but when he would come back temporarily he said how great Edison was to allow so much time off and guarantee a position upon return. whether by law or they genuinely cared i thought that was impressive. many employers would deny leave after 6 mos. and respond to threats of litigation.

Cons

as for the work it was just OK. revenue center allot of billing, accounting, converting to NEM requests. the work was not boring enough to make me hate it but super challenging.
