      Pros

      Easy going laid back and family oriented environment. Work at my own pace with minimal supervision as long as I am meeting target goals... we good.

      Too many staff come for licensing requirements, then leave. #Annoying

      good staff, i cant really say too much of the positive when there isn't any

      horrible supervisor management it would help for the company to provide more reward or acknowledgement to staff due to there constant complain about what went wrong

      half of the staff are dedicated and do good work for the community.

      Cons

      HR department is a complete mess. Very slow and vey outdated. Paperwork and billing services take priority over client services.
