Great Benefits, Safety Focus, Large yearly bonus. Steady company that has weathered bad economic downturns.

Cons

Large company/Corporate America type vibe. You have to play the political game to advance in your career. 4 days a week in office "hybrid" Due to large yearly bonus (which is not guaranteed and based on company/individual employee performance), base salary is extremely low as compared to other companies.

Cons

No Growth what so ever. You are stuck in downtown office with an engineering title but doing admin work . Salary is way lower than other Georgia Power Engineers.
