      Pros

      Excellent benefits, Opportunity to move across functional areas and territories while maintaining years of service. Amazing place for growth and development if youre tapped for leadership.

      Cons

      Advancement Too political and relationship based instead of being about your performance. Intimidation and Retaliation keeps employees from speaking up despite management and company efforts designed to make employees feel safe. Some employees are promoted to managent because of their experience and not because they are good leaders. Often the same people are promoted. Limited opportunities for non engineers
