Pros

- Yearly Bonus - Potential excess straight time pay - Top notch lecture training, practical training, and OJT - Flexible work week (9/80 format)

Cons

- Being overworked is very likely, especially if the person who held the job before you left it in pitiful shape - Low to average base salary - True promotions stop very quickly if you don't choose to go into management
