      Pros

      I loved the people there except for a select few bad apples... maybe just one bad apple.... a very bad apple.... like Cruella Deville with an attitude and not as charming and witty.

      Pros

      A utility based company with compensation and pay being somewhat industry comparitive for the eastern coast of the United States.

      Cons

      The AGL Way: all employee's are expendable, regardless of job performance or years of service. Employee contribution costs to Health/Dental Insurance plan have gone shamefully high. The environment & atmosphere in most company office locations has become very tense and strenuous which is counterproductive and in turn promotes non-trust.
