Cares for you and your needs related to outside work problems. Great communication between management and employees. Opportunity to grow within every department you work in.

Cons

Poor pay unless you want to be at the company for over 30 years. More emphasis on what the sales force needs than what in-house employees needs/concerns voiced. Very old school approach in daily business operations.
