Pros
-Financially stable. -Charitable. They are willing to donate to good local charities. -Big on Health and Wellness of employees. They are willing to pay for employee registrations for a select 5k each month. -Retirement Benefits are better than average. -Encourage continuing education.
Cons
It's not what you know, it's either how long you've been here or who you know. Pay isn't quite up to par, but they are usually pretty good when it comes to evaluation/raise time.
