      Terrible culture and work life balance

      Decent compensation and benefits package (which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars)

      Cons

      Run by a group of men who believe that working 12 hour days and sacrificing family over work is how you are deemed successful in life. The old school mentality. Nobody there is happy unless you are one of 4 or 5 at the top of the org chart. They belittle others behind their backs and believe everyone is inferior to them.

      Beats homelessness. Office is air conditioned.

      Cons

      Wow, so much to unpack. Heartless PE backed soulless machine, buys small businesses, guts most of the employees and talent, cuts everything else to bear minimum. Worst possible health insurance, leadership only focused on next dollar, not people.
