Pros

Excellent place to work. Company genuinely strives to be both a partner with Customers and the local community. Core values of Honesty, Initiative, Teamwork, Competency, and hard work are demonstrated everyday by Leaders and my peers. Enjoy and proud to work here.

Cons

Material Handling world can sometimes be a grind. Some customers want something for nothing. Some of the teammates aren't as dedicated and company takes too long trying to help them do better rather than cutting them loose.
