President is pretty caring of employees

Cons

Leadership is laughable at best from the top down to branch managers. Upper level doesn’t want to help or fix anything if it doesn’t help them. Failed promises of promotion & definitely not for women. Hr is a joke- 1 person qualified in the department to assess needs of an employee and she is a bully. Such a sad place this has become

-signed up to work from home never got to work from home -projects with no direction or end -admin duties and not duties of the correct title -not Ada compliant building -not mom/nursing friendly at all
