Pros

Okay pay for the area.

Cons

Previous management made poor hiring decisions and micromanaged the facility. Morale lowered less got done, with horrible favoritism. Certain employees were allowed to work 12 hour days while others were told there was no overtime. Employees who should have been terminated for sexual harassment were promoted to supervisors. Supervisors dated employees they supervised and were kept around instead of fired when caught. Watched employees do less and less, management finally left and better management came in only for the facility to be shut down after being in the area for 50 years. No real reason given other than spreading our work to other facilities. I worked there for 15 years and watched the company go continuously downhill under previous management only for the manager to leave after wrecking the culture and the corporate to shut us down soon after.
