Pros

Pay is higher than most in surrounding counties.

Cons

You often hear the word family thrown around. Which is true cause Southwire expects them to have more priority than your home life. Constantly changing insurance and 401k companies. When raises are givin they somehow seem to get it back plus some by raising costs. Esspecially on insurance companies ( ANTHEM) that would rather pay for pills than to fix the problem!!!!!!!! Also changing the policies to suit whatever situation is happening at the time.
