Pros

Southwire has an abundance of long tenure employees that embody good work ethic, culture and keep the environment family like. Overall many of the long timers are trying to keep this going.

Cons

Sadly that culture built over the years is slowly slipping away. Long term employees are loosing the fight and having to adapt to the new ways. Turnover rates are increasing, teams are running lean with more projects then ever to get done. Its sad because Southwire could be great, but they love to run at just average/good. There are plenty of opportunities to make Southwire a wonderful place of employment...but we will have to stop doing Org changes, and wiping out top level execs to settle into better state.
