Pros

Good people to work with, benefits are great, pay is decent. Its ok if you can get on days. 12hr swing shift is where the good money is at.

Cons

In the bremen facility its all about who you suck up to and not about how well you do your job. Hopefully that will change when southwire completely takes over and the carrs will no longer be in charge. No room for advancement especially in the wharehouse. You are expected to do higher up jobs than what yours is without being compensated for it. Wharehouse management is way to passive when it comes to enforcing the rules and regulation would rather push it under the table than take of it. Oh and dont dare say anything about the wharehouse lead or will find yourself without a job. Shows alot of favoritism towards certain people. No supervision on the weekends in the warehouse workers sit around and talk for hrs upon time costing southwire money.
