Pros

the best about this job is that it offers good pay and benefits from anybody that works on the floor, to the highest paid employee

Cons

i think that the worst about the job are the long hours when you work on the floor, mostly mandatory overtime.

Typical big company in Georgia

Pros

Job allows you to learn alot. Voice is definitely heard in terms of finding innovative solutions. You can strive for any job/position you want. People are great. Family atmosphere. Pay is very typical for being on the outskirts of Atlanta. There are bonuses depending on where you work. And there are free sports leagues, trainers, and a gym/weight room for all employees in the Carrollton area.

Cons

Like most big companies in Georgia, it's a good ole boy network and very top heavy with VPs. Advancement is a lot of who you know, rather than what you know. There are several bosses without degrees. There are huge disparities in pay. If you want a raise, you better ask for it. You may or may not get it.

Too Political

Pros

Automatic pay raises. Can get other stuff done at work.

Cons

No challenge and most employees add no value. Management is very political and doesn't give constructive criticism. Very little opportunity for advancement and usually when jobs are posted they are pre-filled.
