The digitization of tax is such a rapidly growing space, and I am proud that we are industry leaders. Please allow me to address your comments about our medical plan offering in the U.S. You are correct that your own annual out-of-pocket costs in a year will not exceed $6,850. If you were to experience any type of major claim (for example a $25,000 medical bill) the most you would pay for the entire year is $6,850, and everything after that would be paid 100%. Additionally, as mentioned, Sovos offers a Health Savings Account, which we “seed” with funds in January. Those funds are immediately available for you to use. We also match your contribution (up to a limit) throughout the year. I am proud of this above-market offering in our HSA program design. If you are taking full advantage of our Health Care Savings Account (HSA), regardless of what plan tier you select, the Sovos match and seed nearly cover the entire deductible. We are also happy to share that we have not raised the premiums for our medical insurance in the United States for many years.
