Sovos has the best people, and I am proud to serve our customers alongside every professional who works here. IDC recently recognized the work of this team by naming Sovos a leader in three reports, commending our solutions as “a strong choice for companies of any size looking for cloud tax software and services to meet compliance and regulatory demands anywhere they do business.” We have more than 2,300 employees in 14 countries making that happen. Keeping our promise to customers is our No. 1 priority, and investing in this team is key to that effort. Amid a talent reshuffle affecting many companies, Sovos is growing, with hundreds of new hires in the past year. Alongside team members who have been here for five years, 10 years, 15 years and longer, our newest talent is helping to build a best-in-class customer success model, ambitious R&D roadmaps to address accelerating global compliance mandates, and technology solutions that just supported record transaction volume during some of the busiest shopping (and tax determination) days of the year. Because we hire for talent over experience, a lot of our team has opportunities here they might not get anywhere else, and we’re proud to be a company where people can stretch toward their professional potential.
