Thanks for your feedback. I couldn’t agree more with your response about the people who work here. We have incredibly talented people at Sovos. I agree that we have grown (and will continue to grow) quickly. There are some growing pains, and we’ve recently created a centralized business operations team and made some other organizational adjustments to help us move through those changes more efficiently. The goal is to help employees spend even more time serving customers and keeping our promise as a company. Another recent event of note was the pilot of our first No Meeting Day, which received positive feedback. I also want to address your concerns about turnover. Our turnover rates, which aren’t accurate in your review, are in-line with other software companies of similar size. We pride ourselves on giving employees many opportunities to grow and develop their careers. Often, that leads to growth within the organization, but sometimes it means they bring those skills elsewhere. We cheer their development regardless.
