Company culture, real opportunities for growth, leadership that listens and acts – those are the intangibles that make working at Sovos so rewarding. But I’d also challenge you to think about high-risk problem solving as a positive as well. Sovos is not a culture of micromanagement – we take pride in giving our employees the tools they need to make high risk decisions themselves. It’s a great opportunity to tackle problems that allow for some of that meaningful career growth. And, yes, can be a little daunting at times. Which is why my door is always open if you need support, or even just a sounding board for ideas. Great to have you on the team, and thanks for helping to make Sovos a great place to work.

Thank you for your feedback. I realize that support roles can be quite process driven, but scalable and repeatable processes are so important when we think about keeping our promise to our clients. They enable us to solve problems quickly and efficiently to keep our customers happy. There are always new things to try at Sovos. If you would like to gain exposure to something new, I would encourage you to talk to your supervisor about opportunities to take on new projects – or even rotate into different departments!
