      Good place to start, somewhat tedious work

      Pros

      Very helpful and collaborative team , good friendly people overall.

      Cons

      Low pay, also you literally need coverage for every vacation so unlimited vacation is not what it seems, this is due to the monthly sales and use tax cycle.

      Pros

      Fair benefits and good salary for the region. If you have a good manager, it's the best company ever. Chances to grow professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Social environment used to be better, I don't think it has something to do with the pandemic. The salary could be better now that we are from home and we can work anywhere, not just Tucuman.
