The bedrock of our organization is a workplace filled with talented, inspired, and engaged employees. Our employees are our priority. We can demonstrate this via our continued investment into the evolution of our training and development programs, our employee-inspired and led global wellness program, and continued career growth. Nonetheless, we missed you and lost your engagement along the way. It sounds like you did not feel supported. That perception is not the norm. In fact, in our most recent employee engagement survey, our positive feedback related to managers developing and caring about their employees saw noticeable increases on top of already robust results. I am sorry that we weren’t able to address your concerns while you were still at the company. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. As Global leader of our Human Resources team, I appreciate your feedback and suggestions how we can improve. We agree the bathrooms, air conditioning and previous medical plan could all use improvements! Upon making changes in all three areas, we have received great employee feedback about the updates and enhancements. We strive as a team to do the basics well, and will review our practices to ensure payroll is done accurately and on time. Lastly, your call out for a local HR rep is why our company has made the strategic decision to have local Human Resources team members available, rather than a generic phone number or email, like other companies prefer. Our local HR team has and continues to maintain an open environment and encourages employees to come and talk directly about any issues they are experiencing. We do ask for your help in bringing it to their attention, provide your ideas, and suggestions for improvement. If we are unaware that a problem is occurring, it%E2%80%99s difficult to provide a solution. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, and know that the issues you mention have been resolved or are being resolved.
