Appreciate the review provided. You bring up some good points and I’d like to take the time to address. First, we appreciate your call out to the company culture. This is the most consistent piece of feedback we get - and its directly attributable to the talented and motivated employees who make up this organization. We DO want everyone to succeed – we cannot truly Solve Tax for Good unless every person here does well. Let’s address your feedback in terms of the training. This is not the first time we’ve heard this, and although you may not be aware, we are building and implementing strategies that have started to help tackle this head on. There is quite an investment with our new hire onboarding to ensure the right tools, skills and abilities are in place to be successful. And based off of the feedback we’ve received, we missed the mark, so we’re making improvements. If you have any ideas I’d encourage you to connect directly with our dedicated trainer. I would like to discuss the area that I am sensing you are most passionate about, which is management. We hold our management team to a high standard. They are expected to not only embody our company core values, but also additional Sovos leadership characteristics and traits which are our competencies. I take your feedback personally, and will be actioning to investigate this more.
