I agree with you on this: Sovos has the most amazing people and I constantly feel lucky to work alongside each of you. On your concerns about salary, I want to affirm the importance of fair compensation. We regularly review our salary structures to ensure they align with industry standards, and we are committed to addressing any discrepancies. Regarding the gap between management and employees and perceived lack of coordination, these are areas we are actively working on improving. Our organization is currently going through a period of a rapid and marked evolution in the face of accelerating change in the market as businesses journey to address “always on compliance.” To keep our employees in the loop, and because we value open communication, we have launched several improved communication channels to help our employees stay on top of changes as they occur: more frequent SovosConnect meetings for all company and global functions and a soon-to-be-relaunched intranet to access company information quickly and easily. I do hope those are things that you are taking advantage of already, but if not, they are wonderful resources. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where open communication and collaboration thrive. I appreciate you leaving a review. It´s nice to hear you enjoyed benefits such as the % of salary in USD , Vouchers and our recently launched LinkedIn Learning tool. It is true that at the end of July we had to make some very difficult decisions regarding reducing staff. The decision to part ways with an employee is never an easy one and multiple factors are considered. Sometimes following a reduction employees can express concerns about the amount of increased workload. I’m sorry to hear you experienced extreme pressure. At this moment at Sovos, we are each challenging ourselves to think differently about the work we have been doing. This means that inevitably some of the previous priority's teams had have to change and teams have to adapt to maintain a healthy level of work life balance. We maintain an open-door culture so that employees can express these concerns and leaders can provide clarity and take action to ensure the workload is still reasonable. We recently welcomed a new CEO in June, which has been followed up by larger scale organizational changes than typical. When changes have to be made to teams, especially teams like ours here in Tucuman where we are all so close, it can be difficult. I can assure you that all of the decisions we make in our organization are geared towards building a company with a long and sustainably profitable future.
