Our “Be Accountable” value means we have a great group of highly accountable folks, and we reward them with the flexibility to take time when they need it. It’s one of the great parts of our culture. You’re comments on career advancement and management however, stand in stark contrast with that culture, and that is worrisome. We work hard to provide our managers with the right tools and resources so that they are able to lead their teams successfully, and we’re sorry that you didn’t have that experience.
