Dreadful atmosphere - Culture of complete toxicity and from leadership down, absolutely no integrity Zero loyalty nor considerations to the long term impact on an employees career or general well being or mental health Numerous examples of people being axed without warning and nothing to do with performance - Just the general back-stabbing and horrendous management behaviours

Joined the company and only met my line manager a month later; in fact, that person wasn’t even on holiday and didn’t even know I was joining. This highlights a failure in organisation and communication. There is no onboarding process, and the tools aren’t even properly documented.
