Pros

Coworkers were a pleasure to work with. I've heard sales jobs can be okay if you do exceptionally well in your role.

Cons

New executive and CEO takeover a few years ago has led to mass layoffs. Employees were asked to assist in developing AI tools that took away their jobs shortly after and outsourcing has led to a decreased quality in customer facing service. In Operations, US employees were intentionally replaced with overseas folks as a part of hiring policy.

Good people with untrustworthy leadership

Remote work. At this point nothing else.

Cons

Private ownership keeps making top-down decisions that bleed the company dry. I left a few years ago and from the looks of current reviews, it hasn't gotten any better.

Pros

The company provides solid regulatory reporting solutions. Everyone works hard to provide services to the clients.

Cons

A couple of years ago, new executive leadership was appointed, dramatically changing every aspect of supporting our clients. With the new leadership, all mid-management was fired, so the new processes were implemented without controls in place.
