      Hey there! Thanks so much for leaving some feedback. I love seeing all of the positives that you list. I align with many of them, but my favorite is seeing that you were exposed to so many new technologies. We are in the middle of a concerted effort to level up our teams, and that includes migrating to new cloud technologies, consolidating data centers and improving operational efficiency. I understand that you are no longer with Sovos to see it, but there are some very innovative improvements planned for the coming year.       Unlimited paid time off is cool.

      Cons

      You will be left with lessening everything on your own and they will look down on you if you don’t understand with no training or SOP

      Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you, our myTime flexible time off policy is great. I do want to address your concerns, though. It sounds like you feel left on your own and that you may not have received enough training. This is something we take seriously. Clear communication and adequate support are crucial for a positive work experience. We are committed to addressing training gaps and ensuring that team members have the necessary tools to success.
