Thank you for sharing your perspective. I am happy to hear your team is delightful, although certainly not surprised! Our people are the best part of Sovos. I do want to address your concerns. I agree a well thought out strategy is key. I want to challenge your feedback there is no current vision. KA talks openly about not only where we are going and how we will get there in our frequent all company Sovos Connection meetings. These are unique opportunities to hear from our CEO firsthand the details of our strategy and vision and the status of our current objectives. We’re currently changing the way we go to market and undergoing a lot of transformation. If you haven’t had the chance to catch these recent meetings they are recorded and still available on our intranet. If you have been able to attend but feel we’re not communicating this strategy and vision clearly, I’d love the opportunity to speak with you directly to discuss your feedback in more depth so we can ensure our communication channels are clear and impactful.
