I wholeheartedly agree with you on those topics. But there were two comments that really stuck out to me, and those were the ones related to a no blame culture and hiring for talent vs. experience. We emphasize finding solutions rather than assigning blame, and I think that is a testament to our focus on problem-solving and personal growth. And prioritizing talent and a strong culture add in hiring can indeed lead to a more cohesive workplace. I understand your concerns as well. As important as a strong culture and sense of community is, competitive compensation is also crucial. We do continuously monitor the market to ensure that we are aligned. And while turnover can sometimes be a challenge, it is not uncommon in companies that are constantly evolving. Interestingly, we are currently experiencing the lowest turnover the company has ever had!
