We (I) very much agree with you -- work/life balance is so important and our flexible work model, work from home policy and flexible paid time off (MyTime) programs help us to ensure employees truly have the flexibility they need. I also love your callout of our Cloud Rotation program; this cross-functional development opportunity is a huge hit and certainly something that can help foster new and different career growth. I've enjoyed working with "cloud rotators" over the last few years, I also understand the comment on niche work -- tax software can seem fairly specialized. But maybe it shouldn’t be! Governments around the world are focusing on the digitization of tax, so it is something that all businesses need to address – our products and services are non-optional, they meet a very real need!
