I am really sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with us. I feel everyone, including our leadership team, works very hard to ensure Sovos is a great place to work. I agree, we have great people working at Sovos! We do work with Leadership to live our values, learn and apply our leadership competencies, and attend ongoing training sessions to enhance their managerial skills. I am sorry that was not your experience at Sovos with leadership. On your note about benefits- I’m a little surprised. Our Health Savings Account matching program is among the best in the industry and we typically receive overwhelmingly positive feedback. Since it is a very customizable package, most of our employees are able to make a plan that fits their exact needs. We wish you the best going forward.

It’s a sentiment I hear often but never get sick of- Sovos has a positive work environment and culture. A strong company culture is something the entire leadership team takes seriously and is quite proud of. I might have to disagree with your opinion on Sovos’ position within the industry because I believe that being trusted by tens of thousands of customers, including over half the Fortune 500, does show we are competitive in the market. I appreciate your advice and want to ensure you that we absolutely utilize feedback from employees and clients to improve. We had gotten feedback before about manual processes being a burden, and since then have worked diligently to find opportunities to automate such manual processes in departments throughout the organization. These steps have improved processes from managed services to product development to HR. This is an ongoing journey for us, and there’s many more opportunities to continue to improve this ahead of us. I’m excited as our teams have the tools and support needed to do so!
