Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am so glad to hear that you enjoy your job and that your feel supported by your team and management. That is so important. I appreciate your concerns about pay and understand how important that is. We evaluate our compensation targets regularly to ensure that they are competitive in the market as well as provide yearly performance reviews to evaluate individual performance. We also have a host of career development opportunities, which can be a great way to grow your career right here at Sovos. HR is a great starting point, but I am also happy to meet 1:1 and discuss. My door is always open.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The headline of your review really sums up some of the best parts of Sovos (in my opinion.) The ability for our employees to learn and grow, either through training, internal mobility or other means, is so important to me. You are right that support can be a tough department in our busy seasons. We take our commitment to our clients very seriously and end of year can be very busy. I am very sorry to hear that you feel like our Executive leaders do not take your concerns seriously or show support. I can only speak for myself, but know my peers echo this, when I say emphatically say that is not true. Our mission is to improve people's way of life, and that starts with our own employees. While we certainly must weigh the needs of our customers when we make decisions, we make all of our decisions with our employees in mind. If there is something you feel strongly about, or that you don't understand the "why" of, I would love to share more 1:1. My door is always open.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Our comprehensive benefits package allows our employees to enjoy life both inside and outside of work, and it is great to hear that you found them to be favorable! We also take pride in the fact that we hire for talent FIRST. It allows us the opportunity to hire talented, motivated individuals who we know may start out in entry level roles but have the skills to move up within the organization quickly. There are so many opportunities that we provide to our employees through Leadership Development programs, Recognition programs, Mentor programs, and more. But, at the end of the day, we understand that compensation is very important to our employees. And it is important to us! I take issue with the idea that we have no desire to properly pay and retain our top talent. Our employees are the most important part of Sovos and we are constantly evaluating our compensation models and various ways to impact and improve employee retention. In fact, this past year we have had some of the lowest turnover we have ever seen. I wish that you would have raised your concerns while you were here so that we could explain some of what we are doing to impact these topics. Thanks again for your feedback, and wish you the best of luck. - Laura Handler
