      Great work culture. Great people. Exciting company constantly expanding.

      Cons

      High deductible health plan. Low salary. Poor training for regulatory counsel position , other departments are given better training and resources for development. Constant acquisitions sometimes means sloppy integration.

      I appreciate your feedback and am really happy that you enjoy our people and culture. You are absolutely right in that we are a fast-growing company which makes for a dynamic work environment with lots of professional growth opportunities. We know that so much growth brings constant change and really requires all of us to be adaptable. It’s also true that we currently offer our medical/dental/vision insurance in a high deductible plan however, we do generally receive good feedback on this paired with our HSA matching program. Regarding your comment about training, I absolutely agree that it is a crucial part of onboarding and development. We always welcome new ideas for ways to improve this so I would encourage you to share your thoughts with your manager or reach out to me directly if you would feel more comfortable. Work life balance is very important to us and we make sure to place an emphasis on this through our flexible time off policy. While we have a number of different training and development programs already in place to help our Sovosians grow their careers, we are always looking for new ways to improve. If you have any specific ideas surrounding these programs, or other ways to invest in employees, I would love to hear from you.
