Competitive pay, awesome PTO, health, dental, vision, HSA, discounted loan rates on all products, yearly raises based on your performance, leaders that care about your well-being, and the list goes on.... I will be making a career out of SCCU, and I'm only in my mid 30s. A truly amazing company!!

Most MSSs go back-office, leaving the branches short-staffed.

Good pay and good management, really enjoyed my coworkers and you get every holiday off

Cons

Call center is crazy busy and they will not hire new people. They expect you to be on the phone non-stop for 4 hours until you get a break.
