Oh, where to begin. I was at headquarters for 2 years and then transferred to a branch, both were awful. Management lies to you constantly, I was forced to come into work sick on several occasions. Management is VERY clicky and its incredibly obvious.. I left to stay home with my kids bc the price of daycare, and when I put in my 2 weeks notice was offered a PT position that i accepted. I was told the next day that I was no longer needed and never received any of my incentive pay from the previous month. The loan goals in the branch are completely unattainable. You are forced to push products and harass members that have a decent amount of money into talking to the financial advisor. You cannot focus on your actual job because you are forced to sell, sell, sell.
