You start as a temp employee, then after a year they may offer you a job. Pay is really good and coworkers are very nice

Have to work 1 Saturday a month, sometimes more if there is a need

Pros

Some of the benefits are great. Like auto loan 1.9 interest. But the the rest ff benefits are not so great. The schedules are normal- mandatory 1 Saturday a month 9-3pm. You can move positions in 6 months.

Cons

The maternity leave is not much only 20days. The pay is very low. The dress policy is stupid specially for the HQ were you don't even see members face to face.
