Pros

Fun work environment in the sales department. Stable company with great co-workers and competitive salary sometimes. It seems like they are always messing with the goals and commissions so they pay will be great then low then great again. It is always a changing cycle depending on how the commission structure is changed each year.

Cons

hard to get loans approved through underwriting, a bunch of common sense changes could be made but always have to go up to the very top and never get made. Overall i would say the positives out weight the negatives.
